Note : Derma Fillers category is excluded from the free shipping scheme due to special shipping conditions (Temperature Control) and will incur a flat shipping charge of USD 50.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday.
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement. However, in rare cases, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your parcel’s tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take 1-3 business days to reflect due to postal service workloads.
Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on product availability and warehouse location. Some shipments may take longer due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or peak shipping periods.
Weekends, holidays, and customs inspections may also impact delivery timelines.
Shipping Methods
International Registered Air Mail: Limited tracking available (dispatch and final delivery statuses only).
EMS Shipping: Fully trackable online and requires a signature upon delivery.
Important Notes
Tracking Responsibility: Customers must track their orders. If a parcel remains unclaimed at the local post office for more than 14 days, it will be returned to us, and additional handling fees may apply.
Missed Deliveries: Contact your local post office to rearrange delivery. Pinkline Exports cannot contact postal services on your behalf.
Returns and Refunds:
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for returned or lost parcels.
Unclaimed parcels will incur additional handling fees.
Customs and International Shipments
Once a parcel crosses into your country, it is managed by your local postal service (e.g., USPS in the U.S.).
Customs clearance is handled carefully to ensure tax-free and duty-free deliveries wherever possible.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel is not delivered, we will reship it free of charge after confirming it was lost (waiting period: 5 weeks from dispatch date).
Claims for reshipping must be made within 2 months of the original dispatch date.
- Parcels permanently held by customs cannot be refunded.
Split Shipments
Products from different warehouses will be shipped separately, with unique tracking numbers provided for each shipment.
