Silodosin & Dutasteride Capsules 4/0.5 Mg combine two medicines:

• Silodosin (4 mg): A selective α1A-adrenergic receptor blocker that relaxes smooth muscle in the prostate and bladder neck to improve urine flow.

• Dutasteride (0.5 mg): A 5α-reductase inhibitor that reduces dihydrotestosterone (DHT), resulting in decreased prostate size and slower progression of BPH symptoms.

This medication is prescribed to adult males with moderate to severe BPH, particularly in cases where both symptom relief and prostate shrinkage are desired.
