At Pinkline Exports, your trust matters all payments are held securely in trust, used solely to facilitate the importation of your personal medication.

Every order we ship includes a tracking number, allowing both you and us to monitor its journey from dispatch to delivery.

Our Promise:
If your package cannot be successfully delivered, you’ll receive a 100% refund of the amount held in trust or a reshipment for that order—no questions asked.

What counts as “delivered”?
Delivery is considered successful once the package is tracked on the international shipping service provider website as delivered to the address you provided.

The Only Exception:
If your local customs authority holds the package due to unpaid import duties / taxes / compliances, the delivery guarantee does not apply. While most countries charge no additional fees and allow personal medication upto 90 Days / 3 Months supply.

Note : Few may apply a 10–20% duty or tax. Please check your local regulations in advance.
